Volume: 15-20 students
2. Date: April 17, 2024
3. OBJECTIVE & COMPONENT: Understands correct placement, posture, and alignment by using critical observation skills (Move your body and have fun) & Movement skills and underlying principles
4. Standard (Competency): The student can, by observation, identify common placement, posture, and alignment.
5. Plan (Activity): Learn/practice certain conditioning activities such as inchworm, squat, jump and jacks, plank press/plank, roll-up, lunge, jump-shot & review terms by doing movements
6. Assessment: Play Simon Says using the terms/movements that were just taught/visually see how well the students do with understanding the terms/movements
7. Homework: Review terms and have a friend/family member do each movement with the student as a fun workout
8. Cross-Curriculum Standards: Memorization/ability to learn/apply corrections/follow directions/apply what you learned/know the difference between the different movements/terms
9. Differentiation: learn the terms with the movements with a video, practice/review the terms, and use the terms in an activity with student interaction
10. Technology: Usage of the computer, watching a video to follow along with movements
11. Written Component: No written part
12. Careers Skills: Learn new skills/movements, improve memorization, apply what you learned into an activity/develop coordination & endurance
